What is luxury lifestyle management?

Luxury Lifestyle Management encompasses entrusting personal tasks to a specialized firm, serving as a seamless liaison between you and the array of service providers essential for the execution of tasks and projects. Tasks are executed efficiently with an aim at, alleviating your stress and reclaiming your valuable time.

We’re not your typical moving company. We’re move managers, experts in orchestrating every detail of your move. While movers handle transportation, we cover it all – from decluttering and packing to logistics and settling in. Our aim? To ease the stress of moving and make your transition smooth.

Our process is marked by a personalized approach focused on executing successful transitions with compassion, expertise, and discretion. All of our projects begin with an initial consultation, during which we craft a customized plan tailored to your needs. As lifecycle transition specialists, we then coordinate the essential resources required to achieve your goals. We also provide ongoing support.

Introductory calls are around 15 minutes, and are aimed at establishing a connection, introducing services, and assessing compatibility. Consultations, which last up to 60 minutes, give us an opportunity to delve into your specific needs, goals, and challenges.

Sometimes the services you need don’t fall exactly into the categories we have listed. That’s why if you don’t see the service you’re looking for listed, our custom solution consultation offers the perfect opportunity to address your unique requirements.

The consultation provides an opportunity for you to ask questions, seek clarification, and express any concerns you may have. Through this discussion, we’re able to define your goals, requirements, and any potential hurdles. Based on this assessment, we offer tailored recommendations or solutions, outlining how our services can address your specific requirements. Towards the end of the session, we outline your deliverables, provide a high and low estimate, and discuss logistics such as scheduling and fees.

Once you sign our letter of agreement and pay the retainer, we’ll confirm the session dates for starting and completing your project. On these dates, our team will arrive eager to execute the agreed-upon deliverables. Whether it’s sorting, editing, overseeing vendors, or completing tasks, you’ll receive attentive support and guidance throughout. Expect a noticeable improvement in your transition’s execution by each session’s end. Sessions typically last between 6 to 8 hours.

During the consultation, we provide an estimate with a low and high end. To secure your project dates, we request a retainer equal to 60% of the low-end estimate. Once the project commences, an additional retainer of 20% of the low-end estimate is requested. Hourly charges during the project are based upon the team size. Upon project completion, we send an invoice for the remaining balance.

Our team adheres to strict confidentiality agreements and the NAPO and NASMM codes of ethics. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel only, and we employ stringent protocols to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Rest assured that maintaining the confidentiality of your identity is paramount to us, and we are committed to upholding the highest standards of privacy in our practices.
