• Estimates are based upon the time and team size required to complete a project. Based upon the scope of the project, we provide a low and high estimate.
  • Fees for projects are charged against a retainer. The retainer is half of the low end of the estimated cost of the project. When the retainer falls below $500, a new retainer will be requested.
  • Projects will not be scheduled until the retainer has been received.
  • Travel fees are charged when travel time exceeds 1 hour to and from project site. Travel expenses may be included.
  • Payment is accepted via check, cash or bank transfer. Credit cards can be used for an additional fee of 3% of the invoice.
  • Organizing sessions are scheduled in blocks of 4 to 8 hours. There is a 4-hour minimum.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment times are subject to a cancellation fee equaling 3 hours of team time.
  • Although we may be given access to confidential client information, except when legally required, we will not reveal or disclose any confidential information without consent. We are bound by the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers’ Code of Ethics.
