• Fees for on-site and hands-on projects are charged against a retainer. The retainer is usually half of the estimated price of the project. When the balance is at or near $250, we invoice for the remaining amount. The fee for coaching must be paid before sessions commence.
  • Travel fees are charged when travel time exceeds 90-minutes round trip.
  • Payment is accepted via check, cash or credit card.
  • Hands-on Organizing sessions have a 3-hour minimum. On-site Productivity sessions have a 2-hour minimum.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee equaling 3 hours for Hands-on Organizing sessions and 2 hours for On-site Productivity sessions.
  • Although we may be given access to confidential client information, except when legally required, we will not reveal or disclose any confidential information without consent.
